Pop-up Blocker - Windows SP2/IE 6.0

If you have Microsoft Windows Service Pack 2 installed on your computer and use Internet Explorer version 6.0, then you have a built-in pop-up blocker. To turn it off, click on “Tools” and then click on “Turn Off Pop-up Blocker”.
